Hi, My name is Carine Emile- Joseph. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU). I am a detail-oriented and dedicated mindset coach with over 10 years of experience. I am a mental health therapist dealing with outpatient, inpatient, and case management. I am a master trainer in public speaking who has successfully helped clients in the private sector and social service agencies to handle life's challenges.
I have extensive experience in helping clients to handle anxiety, depression (including postpartum depression with new mom), positive parenting, relationship challenges, poor self-esteem, anger management, positive coping skills, phase-of-life changes, trauma-informed care, grief, loss, Alzheimer's Disease, spiritual and divorce care for the past 10+ years
I am EMDR certified and bilingual in English and Haitian Creole. I enjoy spending time with my family, advocate for mental health in the Haitian, Caribbean, and African American Communities, and create content about mental health, self-care, boundaries, and program design-evaluation -related topics. As the founder and CEO of Citadel Counseling Services, I look forward to connecting and collaborating with you!

Rebecca Natalus graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors's in Business Administration and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She has years of administrative, design, and marketing experience.
Design is definitely her passion. Over the past few years, She has been the lead designer for four major annual events that bring in over 150+ participants from around the world. She has also been an in-house designer who designed: posts for social media platforms, collateral for many impromptu smaller-scale events, and staple marketing pieces used for every promotional move.
She currently helps counselors, coaches, and consultants by delivering great designs, admin support, and marketing content to develop the best work for their clients. Aside from administrative tasks, she has been responsible for maintaining the brand digitally by updating aspects of the website. She is bilingual in English and Haitian Creole. She also enjoys giving back to her community, spending time with her family, and traveling.
